Religiosamente, toda segunda terça-feira do mês a Microsoft libera atualizações para o Windows 10 Mobile e Windows 10 PC. Tais updates são cumulativos, ou seja, oferecem correções de bus e melhorias para a versão estável do Windows 10 Creators Update no PC, Tablet e Smartphone.
A nova versão está disponível para download para todos os usuários que usam a versão estável do Windows 10 e Windows 10 Mobile identificada pelo número da build 15063.483.
Você pode verificar para esta atualização diretamente de seus smartphones em Configurações / PC -> Update e Segurança -> Atualizações. Oficialmente, tais dispositivos são suportados:

android não recebe atualizações mensais, mas quando recebe, realmente os problemas são corrigidos
Ja no Windows 10 mobile, tem atualizações mensais, mas as atualizações so mudam ícones pq o sistema continua cheio de bugs

Ninguém fala mais das atualizações cumulativas de Aniversário. Rece bo estas atualizações e nem sei o que melhora pq só falam da Criadores
Na verdade os editores não sabem mais nada. Nem a MS sabe. Ta uma bagunça generalizada. So fica mesmo nesse hype de PC Celular, Surface Phone, etc, cada hora inventa um nome de acordo com o boato da vez.
não falam porque a atualização de aniversario foi uma antes dos criadores então se saiu a criadores pra que atualizar a antiga?
